Correct Summary Source Displacement Model

Minimal formulation

A correct summary can displace the source because it does not announce the need for source return.

Compressed form:

Accuracy can remove the pressure to verify origin.

Boundary

This anchor identifies source displacement through apparent adequacy.

It is not a claim that summaries are false, harmful by default, or unusable.

It is not the full model document or internal registry entry.

Multiple Valid Shape Return Model

Minimal formulation

A system can fail not because no valid shape returns, but because too many valid shapes return without a selection boundary.

Compressed form:

Validity without selection produces unstable completion.

This anchor names a completion failure caused by unresolved valid plurality.

Catalogue Placeholder Accretion Mechanism

A placeholder becomes object-like when repeated interface exposure makes searchability look like source stability.
